Sue and I wanted to drop you a note to tell you how pleased we are with the family room and screened porch you added to our home. We now spend most of our time in these areas. Even though this was an extensive job, you were able to accomplish it with a minimum of interference with our daily routine. Repairs to our landscaping were also minimal.
Your tradesmen were very professional and willing to please. We found communication with them to be very easy. Tim was excellent in his attention to detail and has high quality standards. We just wanted to take a moment to thank you for going out of your way to fix the leaking pipe in time for the closing on our home. You will never know how much we appreciated your taking time out of your 4th of July weekend to help us out. Needless to say, I was very stressed when the inspector found the leak just a day before we were to move. I have told many people of your kindness and they are truely amazed. I have recently given your name to a family looking to build a home and suggested they take a look at the model in Cary Park. They were awestruck just as we were when we walked in. You have outdone yourself! The attention to detail and the little extras you put in make it absolutely one of the most beautiful homes I have seen. I have enclosed a gift certificate to one of our favorite new restuarants in town. I hope that you and Donnette will enjoy it as much as we do! Thank you again for everything!
